Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by CCS Rope Access Ltd, a specialist rope access company operating throughout London and the UK. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Services

We provide commercial rope access solutions, including inspections, maintenance, cleaning, and repair services. All work is carried out in line with IRATA guidelines and relevant health and safety regulations.

2. Site Access and Safety

Clients must ensure safe and adequate access to the site. Any known hazards should be disclosed prior to the start of work. CCS Rope Access Ltd reserves the right to stop work if safety is compromised.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information provided and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes. Any additional work will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

4. Booking and Cancellations

Bookings must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the agreed start date may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule work in the event of unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Liability

While we take all reasonable care in delivering our services, CCS Rope Access Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total value of the contract unless otherwise required by law.

7. Insurance

We hold full public liability and employer’s liability insurance. Copies of our insurance certificates are available upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text and imagery, is the property of CCS Rope Access Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
