How the work is approached

Can you clean commercial windows by rope access?
Yes. Rope access can be suitable for high-level glazing where safe rigging and a controlled work area are available. The quotation will confirm the elevations and cleaning method included.
Do you use pressure washing on every building?
No. Pressure and water volume must suit the surface, seals, joints and surrounding areas. Some façades need a gentler method to avoid damage or water ingress.
Can the building remain occupied?
Often it can. We plan exclusion zones, access routes and working times around occupants, visitors and the public. Some areas may need temporary restriction while work is directly overhead.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send the site address, photographs, approximate elevations, the surfaces to be cleaned and any known access restrictions. Existing roof or anchor information is also useful.
